Environmental Site Officer Waste Management

Course Overview:
This course is aimed at graduates and new Environmental Site Officers (ESO’s) who will be working on construction sites monitoring activities including waste management.
Some of the topics covered include:

• Legal background to waste management in SA
• Identifying types of waste
• Storing waste
• Disposing of waste
• Maintaining waste management records

Upon completion of the course you will have the knowledge and understanding of what waste is and how it must be managed. Attendees who successfully complete the course will receive a certificate of completion.
